VPN service provider and contact

Application developer
Paso inovative systems, LLC, company number 445836123, Building 18, N 36 Zviad Gamsakhurdia St., Batumi, 6004, Georgia, develops and publishes the app. The Georgian developer is not the VPN service provider.
VPN traffic
We do not record the websites you visit, your DNS queries or the content of your VPN traffic. We do not sell VPN data or use it for advertising. We do not use or disclose VPN user data to third parties for their own purposes. Network traffic must pass through network infrastructure to provide the connection; this statement is not a claim that no technical processing occurs.
Information used to operate the service
The service processes your account identifier and access status; device identifier, installation identifier, device name, platform and public key; assigned VPN address and server; connection creation and expiry times, status and operational errors; last activity/handshake times and traffic counters. These records support authentication, routing, device limits, account security and service maintenance. Access to technical administration records is restricted. We do not use advertising trackers in the app.
IP addresses and infrastructure
Your IP address is necessarily processed when you connect to the API or a VPN server. API requests can pass through our hosting/CDN infrastructure. This policy does not claim that infrastructure never processes network metadata. We do not use network metadata to build browsing or advertising profiles.
On-device data and permissions
Private keys and access credentials are stored in Apple Keychain. The app does not retain the account number after sign-in. Language and disclosure acknowledgement are stored locally. QR images are decoded on your device and are not uploaded. Camera access is optional; you may paste your account number instead. Apple asks separately for permission to add a VPN configuration.
Retention and choices
Technical account/device records support an existing account and device authorization; revoking a device or signing out is not the same as erasing server records. Contact pasodev@pm.me to request access, correction or deletion and information about applicable retention. Do not send private keys, passwords or QR access codes in email. We will use an appropriate verification process for requests. Retention of operational records is separate from the absence of browsing history logs.
You can stop the VPN at any time. Withdrawing acknowledgement in Settings stops the local VPN and signs you out; it does not automatically erase records held by the service. You can remove the VPN configuration in system settings. Support messages include the information you voluntarily send and are used to handle your request.
International operation
The VPN service provider is based in the United States and infrastructure can operate in other countries. By choosing a server you route traffic through that location. Applicable mandatory privacy rights continue to apply.
Changes
Material changes to the in-app disclosure require a new acknowledgement before further app use. Contact the operator for questions about this policy.
