Email pasodev@pm.me. Include your device model, operating system, app version and the error message. Never send passwords, private keys, your access number or account QR code.
Getting started
Obtain your free 16-digit PasoVPN access number in your personal account. Read the in-app data disclosure, enter the number or import its QR code, choose a location and allow the system VPN configuration when prompted.
Devices and connections
Your account controls the number of authorized devices. If the limit is reached, remove an old device in the app. Check your internet connection and try another available server if a connection cannot be established.
Privacy and deletion requests
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of service data. Signing out, revoking a device or withdrawing acknowledgement in the app does not automatically erase server records. We will arrange an appropriate account verification process.
Open-source notices
PasoVPN includes the AmneziaWG/WireGuard engine and other open-source components. Applicable notices are distributed with the app. Contact support for corresponding source and license information.
